Kelly Spicers Packaging has acquired Amazing Packaging, a Silicon Valley–based, customer-focused packaging supplier serving industries including medical device, semiconductor, audio technology, and specialty food.
This acquisition strengthens our Northern California presence and reflects our continued investment in growing our packaging business across the West.
Amazing Packaging is known for its exceptional service, specialty packaging design, kitting capabilities, and efficient operations that have built a loyal and high-performing customer base. We’re proud to welcome their talented team to Kelly Spicers and look forward to the expertise and collaboration they bring.
Amazing Packaging will continue operating from its San Jose location in the near term, with plans to transition to Tracy in the coming months. Owner Larry Chernis will remain with the business to support a seamless transition and continued success.
