May 31, 2022—Kelly Spicers, a leading Western U.S. distributor of paper, packaging, wide format products and facilities solutions, announced today that it has acquired packaging supplier BJF Enterprises.
Based in Paramount, CA, BJF Enterprises specializes in packaging and protective products, including corrugated boxes, custom packaging and shipping supplies. The company has been in business since 1989, and brings significant industry expertise to the Kelly Spicers Packaging segment.
“The acquisition of BJF Enterprises fits well with our growth strategy in the packaging space,” said Jan Gottesman, President, Kelly Spicers. “We look forward to joining forces in Southern California to enhance our broad service platform.”
BJF will integrate into Kelly Spicers Packaging South, and owner Brad Foote will join the team in a sales and business development role to continue growing the packaging business.

The acquisition will be finalized in early June.
