Kelly Paper along with sister companies and parent company Central National Gottesman fielded a team of athletes for the 41st Annual Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC) to raise much-needed dollars for Boston’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Traditionally, the Pan-Mass Challenge is held in Massachusetts, where thousands of cyclists from around the word ride anywhere from 25 miles to 192 miles over the course of two days. Due to COVID-19, the PMC was held virtually this year, and invited participants of every ability to walk, run, or bike on August 1st/2nd to fundraise in support of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
The Kelly Team spanned from as far north as the Pacific Northwest, to Lake Tahoe, and as far south as Long Beach, CA. Each participant chose to fundraise in memory of mothers, fathers, close friends, and family who have been affected by cancer in different ways.
The Central National Gottesman Foundation has been incredibly supportive of Team Kelly, the PMC, and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. The foundation has contributed in excess of $50,000 in support of the search for a cure.
Team CNG/Kelly is continuing to raise funds for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and has until October 1st, 2020 to reach its goal of $300,000.
