Shipping orders are shipped to any of the 48 Continental United States via *UPS.
In stock ship out within one (1) business day.

*Some orders may ship via a Kelly Spicers truck and will not have a tracking number associated with it.

Returns & Cancellations

All of the following conditions must be met before any consideration will be given to a return and/or credit:

  • Buyer has notified Kelly Spicers of the return within 15 calendar days after delivery.
  • Goods have not been cut, printed or otherwise processed.
  • Kelly Spicers has given instructions for the return of goods.
  • Merchandise when returned is in salable condition.

Process to return an item for refund:

  • Email us at to receive instructions for the return of goods.
  • Ship us the item(s) you want to return within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note: You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • Items must be received in new condition for full refund to be applied.
  • Your debit/credit card will be credited back for the amount of the items only plus a 15% restocking fee.

Order may be cancelled if order has not been processed & shipped from our warehouse. If the item(s) you want to cancel have been shipped our Return Policy must be followed.
