Sean joined Kelly Spicers in January 2026 as Senior Vice President of Facilities Solutions, focused on accelerating the company’s facilities solutions strategy.

With more than 27 years of leadership experience in the cleaning, janitorial, and facilities solutions industry, Sean is focused on helping customers solve complex challenges while positioning Kelly Spicers as a trusted, innovative partner in the facilities solutions space.

Sean started his career at Zep in the late 1990s, where he laid the foundation for a leadership approach rooted in accountability, trust, and customer focus. He has also held leadership positions with CleanSource/HD Supply and Imperial Dade.

Sean has led multi-region sales organizations in the facilities solutions industry and has played a key role in expanding and strengthening West Coast operations.
