Damien has spent his entire professional career in the paper industry. Starting in Australia with Consolidated Paper Industries in 1989, Damien has accumulated international experience throughout his 32-year career.

Beginning in sales, Damien eventually moved into a Sales Management role, then in 1997 took on a Regional Management position running Consolidated Paper Industries in New South Wales.

In 2001, Damien accepted a Regional Management position with Spicers and relocated to the US, initially responsible for Denver before moving in 2008 to Southern California to assume the role of Regional Manager responsible for Spicers largest region.

Damien became the VP of Sales in 2017, and was appointed Sr Vice President, Print and Wide Format for Kelly Spicers in 2021.

Damien is active in the paper industry, serving on the board of Printing Industries Association Southern California and in the National Paper Channel Working Group for the Paper and Packaging Board.
