Santa Fe Springs, CA – (Nov. 1, 2021) – Central National Gottesman’s (CNG) west-coast-based paper and packaging distribution division today announced the completion of its nearly year-long rebranding initiative, officially becoming Kelly Spicers with 11 distribution centers and 27 stores across the west.
The rebranding includes a new name, logo and color palette that reflects the company’s western US roots, from the teals and blues of the Pacific Ocean and the earth tones of the Arizona desert to rich, grey hues of the granite mountains of Colorado and Utah.
“We couldn’t be more excited to bring our new brand to life while holding true to our long-held promise to make doing business easy,” said Kelly Spicers President Jan Gottesman. “Our new market presence represents a further strengthening of our business and its bright future throughout the West.”
The rebranding initiative began in March, when the organization’s packaging businesses, Premiere Packaging Industries (PPI) and American Packaging, joined to become Kelly Spicers Packaging. In June, the CleanSmart Solutions janitorial-sanitation supplies operation transitioned to Kelly Spicers Facilities Solutions.
The final phase announced today rebrands legacy merchants Spicers Paper and Kelly Paper as Kelly Spicers and Kelly Spicers Stores, focusing on the distribution of paper, wide format and digital products for commercial printers and end users.
Gottesman added that while Kelly Spicers has a new look and feel, the company retains the same friendly, can-do culture and values ingrained across all divisions, as well as the mission to be a true partner, delivering meaningful solutions and diversity of products and services.
“Our goal is really to simplify how we interact with all of our customers, who can now get from Kelly Spicers all the products they need to bring success to their businesses,” she added.
