Kelly Spicers online orders are shipped to the 48 Continental United States via *UPS.
*Some orders may ship via a Kelly Spicers truck and will not have a tracking number associated with it.
In stock items ship from our Southern California warehouse within one (1) business day. Orders placed before 1pm PST (M-F) may ship out the same day. If we suspect there to be a delay for any reason, we will contact you directly via email and/or phone call. Product availability is subject to inventory on hand. In the event your product is out of stock, the retail team will contact you with possible changes to your order. Once the item has left our warehouse, the selected UPS shipping can be used to estimate delivery times.
retail.kellyspicers.com is open to everybody for shipment in the continental 48 states. We do offer trade accounts for businesses that qualify. For more information regarding an account, please contact your nearest Kelly Spicers store.

After you finalized your order, you should have seen an Order Confirmation page. If you saw that page, the order was successfully submitted. If you did not see that page or don't remember it, the next way to know your order was successful is through the email confirmations that you will receive.

Returns & Cancellations
All of the following conditions must be met before any consideration will be given to a return and/or credit:
- Buyer has notified Kelly Spicers of the return within 15 calendar days after delivery.
- Goods have not been cut, printed or otherwise processed.
- Kelly Spicers has given instructions for the return of goods.
- Merchandise when returned is in salable condition.
Process to return an item for refund:
- Email us at kss.orders@kellyspicers.com to receive instructions for the return of goods.
- Ship us the item(s) you want to return within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note: You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Items must be received in new condition for full refund to be applied.
- Your debit/credit card will be credited back for the amount of the items only plus a 15% restocking fee.
Order may be cancelled if order has not been processed & shipped from our warehouse. If the item(s) you want to cancel have been shipped our Return Policy must be followed.

Your Kelly Spicers account is in the upper left of any Kelly Spicers order acknowledgement or Invoice that you have received, it will start with a 91.
